Sacred Radiance Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and sometimes plans need to change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while also allowing us to manage the logistics and preparations for our retreats effectively. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund minus a $150 deposit fee. This fee covers administrative costs and reservation holding.
To initiate a cancellation, you must contact us in writing (via email or letter) stating your intent to cancel.
2. Registration Transfer Policy:
If you find yourself unable to attend the retreat and it is less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the event, you have the option to transfer your registration fee to a future retreat.
To transfer your registration, please notify us in writing at least 15 days prior to the event. This notification must include your request to transfer the registration and the retreat to which you wish to transfer.
Note that this is a one-time offer and the transfer is subject to availability in future retreats.
3. Non-Refundable Period:
If a cancellation or transfer request is made less than 15 days prior to the event, please be aware that we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer of your registration fee.
This policy is due to the advanced arrangements and costs incurred for planning and reserving the retreat.
We recommend that all attendees consider travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes in their plans.
